2 Customs Declarants Import | GZA Weil

Initial Situation

For our corporate client, a larger customs clearance agency, we are looking for reinforcement (preferably also in a "double pack").
If you want to change to a new employer with a well-coordinated work partner - interested in a "change of scenery"?
Fancy contributing your own know-how in a likeable, straightforward team?

Tasks

• customs clearance of import & export shipments (focus clearly on import, only minor preparatory work for export)
• issuing all customs documents
• recording customer orders
• handling complaints
• carrying out billing
• general administrative tasks

Requirements

Professional experience as a customs declarant
According to our corporate client, it does not matter whether you have an import or export background in customs clearance (you would be well trained in the other area)
If you have already done import with E-Dec/Passar, as well as German import customs clearance/EU customs clearance with ATLAS, that would of course be even better (but as mentioned, not a requirement)

IT

Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
E-Dec - good knowledge
ATLAS - knowledge is an advantage

Languages

German: very good written and spoken skills
English: what is generally needed in the daily work of a declarant
