For our motivated team at the Böckten site, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
Team Leader / Machine Operator, 100%
You will take responsibility for a central production area and lead your team with commitment and foresight. Together with the relevant interfaces, you ensure a smooth production process, optimal use of resources, and timely customer delivery. In doing so, you actively drive process improvements and ensure the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Tasks
- Responsibility for leading an assigned team in a bakery area or at a production machine
- Ensuring optimal personnel deployment in cooperation with the department manager
- Organisation and continuous optimisation of processes in the responsible production area
- Coordination and optimisation of daily production planning in close cooperation with the department manager and production planning (AVOR)
- Ensuring optimal product availability
- Active participation in continuous improvement (CIP) and implementation of optimisation measures within your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for compliance with quality guidelines as well as implementation and control of hygiene and safety regulations
- Preparation of the daily report and timely information of the department manager about deviations
- Participation in production
Your area of activity includes the production, deep-freeze, and baking areas of the bakery.
Requirements
- Completed training in the food, logistics, or production sector
- Initial leadership experience in a similar position
- Strong quality awareness and a high understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Structured, organised, and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and decisiveness
- Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in continuously improving processes
- Very good German language skills
