To strengthen our team at the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a Site Supervisor Installer Heating/Cooling to start immediately or by arrangement.Site Supervisor Installer Heating/Cooling

- Leading the installation team
- Installation of heating and cooling systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Commissioning of heating and cooling systems
- Point of contact for project managers and site management
- Quality assurance and compliance with Equans' occupational safety requirements
- Maintaining the construction log, recording change orders and checking installation documents
What defines you.
- Basic training as a heating installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent is mandatory
- Ideally further training as a site supervisor installer or chief installer
- Several years of professional experience
- Customer orientation, service awareness
- Structured work approach, good work organisation
- Teamwork skills, empathy
- Assertiveness, decision-making ability
- You hold a category B driving licence
- German language skills at least at level B2
