What you will achieve

• Independent processing and coordination of written enquiries by e-mail, especially regarding reservations, events, general guest questions, lost property as well as internal concerns.
• First point of contact for guests and customers by telephone as well as professional reception, processing and forwarding of concerns to the responsible specialist departments.
• Support in the organisational preparation of banquets and events (mise-en-place, quality controls, provision of infrastructure and materials).
• Responsibility for the creation and updating of labels and information materials, for example daily menus, offer labels and guest information.
• Situational support of the operational restaurant business in the guest areas of Restaurant Seegarten to ensure a smooth operational process.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Basic gastronomic training EFZ or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the commercial sector with regular customer contact.
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Organisational skills and prioritisation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
• Flexibility and willingness to work
• Experience in handling digital work tools (MS Office)
• German (C1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
