Groupe Minoteries SA is a dynamic, efficient, and regionally well-established Swiss milling group operating throughout the country, procuring, processing, refining, and marketing cereals and food raw materials for human nutrition.

To complement the team in Müllheim-Wigoltingen (TG), we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

Miller/Food Technologist 100%

Your main tasks:

• Operate assigned milling, silo, or production facilities with control systems and ERP
• Check receipt and quality of cereals or raw materials, as well as ensure sampling and traceability
• Monitor milling and production parameters and make necessary adjustments to comply with specifications
• Carry out prescribed checks of filters, magnets, sieves, aspiration, and other HACCP points
• Perform cleaning, product changes, bagging, and necessary handling tasks in the production flow
• General operational and cleaning duties

Your profile:

• You bring several years of experience in the food industry and/or as a miller/food technologist
• You are technically skilled and have a good understanding of industrial production facilities
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work irregular hours (shift work)
• Possession of a forklift licence is an advantage
• Quality and hygiene requirements are familiar to you
• You are conscientious, responsible, and have a sense for precise, clean, and independent work
