This is us
Your tasks
- You are the contact point for enquiries from insurers and other external parties, check the facts internally within the hospital and initiate the necessary clarifications with coders, the involved wards and medical teams
- You are responsible for sending billing-relevant documents to insurers, authorities and internal departments
- You support and accompany internal and external coding audits and prepare audit-relevant data and documents
Your profile
- You have completed basic medical, nursing or commercial training or have experience in a comparable role. An understanding of medical contexts is required
- You appreciate stable, recurring workflows and keep an overview even during high workloads
- You are characterised by a quick grasp and a precise, persistent working style and complete your tasks efficiently, independently and responsibly
- You are IT-savvy and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications
