Your main tasks are
- Deputising for the team leader in the personnel and professional management of a care and nursing team
- Ensuring individual care and nursing of residents based on the nursing process and cooperation with their relatives
- Professional support and empowerment of employees in complex situations
- Interprofessional collaboration with all parties involved in care and nursing
- Documentation and interpretation of the nursing services provided
- Participation in the training of apprentices (FaGe EFZ, AGS EBA) and HF students in everyday practice
You have
- training as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent
- professional experience in care and nursing
- the ability, motivation and joy to take the step into a leadership role
- interest or experience in the area of immediate admission
- a committed and communicative personality, pronounced professional and social competence, work independently and are characterised by a process-oriented way of working
- a strong trust in others, are attentive and agile and align your actions with these core values
