Finance Officer
Office of Energy and Transport, Finance/Controlling Section | 60-100 % | Chur
The Office of Energy and Transport is the cantonal centre of expertise for matters relating to the energy and public transport sectors. In the energy sector, we are responsible for awarding concessions and approving projects for the exploitation of hydropower. We are competent for the implementation of energy legislation, manage the Minergie certification service and supervise energy promotion programmes. In the public transport sector, we are responsible for timetable development and the ordering of public transport throughout the canton of Graubünden.
For the Office of Energy and Transport, we are looking for a finance officer from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.
- Processing of matters in the finance sector of the Office of Energy and Transport
- Assistance in preparing the budget and closing the accounts
- Preparation of decisions in the case of awarding contracts
- Preparation of contribution commitments in the public transport sector
- Keeping up to date and monitoring outstanding contribution commitments in the energy efficiency and public transport sectors
- Collaboration in the IT sector of the Office of Energy and Transport
- Commercial training with professional development in the financial sector
- Several years of professional experience in the finance sector is an advantage
- Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
