For our client, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual as

Recruiter (80–100 %).

Your tasks

You accompany and coordinate the entire recruitment process – from job posting to successful placement. You advise and support managers competently and in partnership in the search for suitable employees. You create and publish job advertisements in consultation with the line and use various recruitment channels to address suitable candidates. You coordinate selection procedures, review application documents, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You work closely with the responsible departments and ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process. You contribute your ideas and participate in optimising recruitment processes and digital tools.

Your profile

You have a higher education, ideally complemented by further training in the HR field. You bring professional experience in personnel recruitment, preferably in a larger organisation. Experience in nursing or healthcare is an advantage. You have a strong sense for people, impress with communication skills and a high service orientation. You work independently, structured, and reliably and are familiar with digital HR tools. You have confident German language skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage.
