Your Tasks
- Ensuring a high-quality, customer-oriented, and goal-oriented therapy planning for inpatient patients
- Monitoring mandatory therapies and therapy minutes in RehaTIS under the guidelines of STReha
- Planning the tasks and appointments of employees and students
- Optimal use of all resources (staff, rooms, equipment, etc.)
- Implementing new services and resources in the electronic system
- Outpatient case management and appointment planning
- Recording data for ANQ and STReha in the electronic system
- Providing professional and effective administrative and organisational support (organising events, meetings, and writing minutes, supporting and handling multimedia matters)
- Data transfer from KIS to billing-relevant tools
- Taking on tasks in projects, process, and document management
- Training and supervising apprentices
- Deputising for the head of therapy coordination in their absence

- Commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a clinic
