• As a member of the executive management, you actively shape the strategic and economic future of the company. Together with the CEO, executive management and the clinical core business, you combine medical, operational and economic perspectives and act as a sparring partner – also for the board of directors.
• You bear overall responsibility for the Finance Directorate and develop this area with a future-oriented approach. In doing so, you ensure accounting, financial stability as well as effective control and risk management.
• You lead and develop your teams with a modern leadership approach, create space for personal responsibility and strengthen collaboration and further development.
• You are responsible for the strategic and operational site development from a financial perspective and ensure forward-looking financial planning, control and assessment of the associated investments and development projects.
• With meaningful financial and control instruments (especially reporting, budgeting, forecasting as well as liquidity and investment planning), you create sound decision-making bases for effective performance and results management and shape corporate governance in a forward-looking and data-driven manner.
• You drive the further development of structures, processes and systems and leverage the opportunities of digitalisation and automation to sustainably strengthen efficiency, quality and future viability.

• University degree in business administration or finance as well as solid further training and many years of practical experience in finance and controlling
• Several years of leadership experience in a complex organisation in healthcare (acute hospital)
• Proven success in organisational development, process optimisation and change management
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic strength as well as experience in advising executive management or boards of directors
• Convincing personality with high social competence, willingness to shape and the ability to win people over to change
• Promotion of a values- and strengths-oriented corporate culture as well as active embodiment of the leadership principles and corporate values of Spital Bülach.

Spital Bülach, with its 170 beds and around 1,200 employees, ensures medical care for 180,000 people in the Zurich lowlands and the surrounding regions. Each year, we treat and care for around 10,000 inpatients and over 78,000 outpatients. In total, around 1,400 babies are born at Spital Bülach annually.
