HR Business Partner 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You advise our managers pragmatically and on an equal footing and support them in all operational people matters along the entire HR‑life‑cycle, from recruitment to exit.
- You build trust as a neutral point of contact for managers and employees and actively promote well-being, retention and satisfaction.
- You take care of a specific HR topic area that fits well with your profile, such as occupational health management, culture or digitalisation.
- You are part of diverse HR‑projects, contribute ideas and develop solutions that have a sustainable impact.
- You actively support the further development of our HR‑processes and tools and help us to work smarter and more efficiently.
Your profile
- You have a HR specialist certificate with a federal diploma and at least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a related industry.
- You stay calm even when things don’t go according to plan and convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- You show initiative, think and act entrepreneurially and are willing to travel about 20% within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- You are IT-savvy, enjoy digital tools and are motivated to develop innovative HR solutions.
- You are an open, approachable personality with very good German and English skills; French is an advantage.
You work at our beautiful and modern Service Centre in the heart of Kloten, directly in the assigned operations or from home office. Your working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
