• Contributing to the further development of the SILEA Boutique-Atelier and the Residual Value Thun project
• Independent organisation and handling of commercial and administrative tasks
• Supporting participants in vocational integration
• Promoting professional skills in everyday work
• Shaping a respectful working atmosphere
• Ensuring process quality from goods receipt to sale and assisting in the implementation of the service offering
• Cooperating with internal departments and contributing own ideas

Your Profile

• Commercial training (EFZ)
• Experience or interest in the social sector
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Motivation to guide employees with support needs in sales
• Independent, responsible and structured working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating with, supporting and promoting employees
• Strong communication skills, flexible and a team player
