For a recognised institution in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for several Nursing Assistants (M/F/Ger). The positions offered include both temporary and long-term assignments, available immediately or according to your availability.
Profile sought
- Nursing Assistant diploma
- At least two years of experience in acute care required, ideally in a university hospital
- Proficiency in French at B2 level
Expected professional and personal qualities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Ease in communication with patients and colleagues
- Autonomy in organising and carrying out tasks
- Empathy, interpersonal skills and calm attitude
- Rigour in work organisation
Main responsibilities
- Monitoring patients’ health status, tracking vital signs and reporting observations
- Performing hygiene care, assisting with washing and dressing while promoting autonomy
- Supporting daily activities, helping with meals, monitoring hydration and assisting with mobility
- Contributing to maintaining social connections through a caring and attentive presence
- Close collaboration with the nursing and medical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
