We are looking for committed and empathetic professionals for our Ward 1 South. With around 50 employees and trainees, we offer a specialised and structured working environment. Our focus is on the treatment of elderly patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises. We often care for people with dementia, delirium, and complex somatic comorbidities. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Supporting patients with personal hygiene, food intake, excretion, and mobilisation according to the care plan
Taking on delegated tasks in regulating body temperature, respiration and circulation, measuring height and weight, as well as prophylactic nursing measures
Organising the patient environment and ensuring cleaning and disinfection measures on the ward
Ensuring order in the ward area

Your profile
Completed training as AGS or nursing assistant or SRK nursing helper course
Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly, care-dependent people
