For our client, an established building technology company in the Zurich region, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual as Department Head Ventilation/Climate (m/f/d).
Department Head Ventilation/Climate (m/f/d) 100%
- Technical and personnel management of the Ventilation/Climate division
- Leading and further developing a team of 12 employees
- Overall responsibility for budget, results, and the economic development of the division
- Planning, organising, and monitoring ongoing projects and orders
- Ensuring deadlines, quality, and profitability
- Acquisition of new orders as well as maintaining existing customer relationships
- Preparation of offers and technical solutions
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and project teams
- Active participation in the branch management team
- Shaping the strategic further development of the Zurich location

We expect:
- Further training as a certified technician HF HVAC, FH engineer in building technology, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management within building technology
- Experience in leading employees or teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation
- Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards customers and business partners
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Resilient, responsible, and communicative personality
