In this key position, you take responsibility for your organization with a demanding and exciting building portfolio. As a member of the 7-person executive board, you steer the strategic development of the building office and set impulses for a modern, networked client organization.

With us, you are responsible for

the performance of your organizational unit and lead around 30 employees across several hierarchical levels. Your area manages a broad and complex project portfolio of building projects for our cantonal clients in secondary schools and the judiciary. As a member of the executive board, you significantly shape the strategic direction of the office and design the leadership and further development of your organization with a modern leadership approach.

authentic and clear communication – both with your employees and with our external partners. Thanks to your proven leadership experience, you create an environment where high-performing teams emerge and innovative ideas have space. You are enthusiastic about the development and realization of demanding structural solutions for the Canton of Zurich. You have complemented your education as an architect or engineer (ETH or FH) with management training.
