Spitex THARAD stands for professional, warm-hearted, and future-oriented home care. We are in an exciting phase of development and are looking for a motivated and assertive leader to guide our nursing team with expertise, empathy, and fresh ideas.

Your Tasks – Diverse and Responsible:
- Leadership & Coaching: you lead a nursing team both professionally and personally and promote a respectful, open working atmosphere.
- Process Design: you support our team in implementing forward-looking structures. This includes, among other things, our new planning organisation, where deployment planning and active nursing work are innovatively and closely linked.
- Quality & Assessments: you ensure consistently high nursing quality, conduct needs assessments, and actively support the team in implementing the RAI-HC assessments.
- Networking: you are a central contact person for clients, relatives, as well as medical and therapeutic professionals.
Your Profile – Competent and Solution-Oriented:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (HF/FH) and ideally completed or planned leadership training.
- Solid professional experience, preferably in the Spitex sector, as well as confidence in handling RAI-HC.
- Strong organisational talent and the ability to motivate the team through changes and structural transitions.
- High social and communication skills as well as an independent working style.
