- you competently advise our employees on all questions regarding salary, social insurance, and personnel law issues
- you actively contribute your expertise in time management and help shape our SAP SuccessFactors (Time Tracking / Time Off)
- you maintain and update personal and payroll data within your area of responsibility
- you prepare the annual financial statement for your assigned area, including the issuance and dispatch of salary certificates and social insurance statements
- you manage and support files related to social insurance (UVG, KTG, ALV) and withholding tax issues and maintain contact with offices and authorities
- you post invoices and perform account reconciliations in the payroll accounting area
- you actively contribute to the further development and optimization of payroll processes and projects
You will succeed here if
- you have completed a commercial basic education as well as further training in payroll, social insurance, or HR (social insurance specialist, HR specialist, or equivalent)
- you bring several years of experience in payroll accounting and are very confident in social insurance and labor law matters
- you have a good understanding of time recording and absence management, preferably with user knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- you ideally have experience with international employment or cross-border social insurance issues (e.g., foreign assignments, international employees)
- you have a high process orientation, a very precise way of working, high social competence, good organizational skills, and act committed and confident as a team player
- you have very good German skills; any additional language is a plus
