To strengthen our team in the Menswear department, we are looking from 01.08.2026, for a permanent contract, at the Geneva site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Assistant Floor Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the organisation of the sales floor as well as the implementation of seasonal priorities in your area.
- You are responsible for creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
- Together with your team, you ensure at all times the production, freshness, and quality of the products.
- You are present at the point of sale and thus play a role model for your team.
- You ensure the personal and professional management, training, and development of the team.
- You organise your team responsibly and thus ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance targets.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail trade in the field of food and beverages.
- You have extensive professional experience in an equivalent role.
- You have solid leadership experience and are capable of organising a team independently and competently.
- You always strive for perfection and have an affinity for food products.
- You are an experienced and motivated person with development potential and wish to take the next step in your career.
- You can motivate your team to deliver high-level performance over the long term thanks to your competent and exemplary attitude.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
