What to expect:

You will handle repair and service orders from enquiry to billing and ensure smooth processing

You will prepare repair and service quotations for ventilation and air conditioning systems and coordinate these with our customers

You will coordinate service technician deployments, appointments and materials, ensuring efficient order processing

You will be the contact person for our customers, receive concerns and faults, and ensure a professional solution

What you bring:

A completed technical or commercial training, ideally with experience in building technology

Experience in order processing or scheduling, preferably in a technical environment

Technical understanding and enjoyment in coordinating repairs and services and finding suitable solutions

An independent, structured and customer-oriented working style as well as good organisational skills

Good German language skills in spoken and written form, confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus
