For the management of our IT Services division, we are looking for a convincing leader from December 2026 or by arrangement as
Head of IT Services & Member of the Executive Board
You will be responsible for our IT Services division with around 50 employees. Together with your management team, you will shape the strategic and operational development of the division, provide orientation, and set clear priorities. In doing so, you ensure that we continue to inspire our customers as a reliable and innovative partner.
As a leader, you know how to win people over to common goals and create clarity and commitment even in demanding situations. You develop employees, managers, and the organisation with foresight and actively contribute to a culture that combines performance, development, and mutual support.
Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation characterise your actions. With a sense for the market, customer needs, and opportunities, you drive our service portfolio forward. You succeed in balancing growth, innovation, and risk management. You use your sales strength purposefully to expand customer relationships and new business opportunities.
You have experience in leading IT service organisations and have successfully accompanied changes and transformations. You are interested in modern technologies and understand their significance for customers and business. You can classify technological issues without getting lost in technical details. Your strength lies in leading people, inspiring customers, and successfully developing business potential.
