Tasks

• Support of nursing management in organisational, professional, and personnel areas
• Staff deployment planning as well as support in recruitment, induction, and team development
• Coordination of smooth operations and participation in quality standards and audits
• Ensuring patient-oriented and quality-oriented nursing care
• Participation in holistic rehabilitative nursing with a focus on day shifts

Requirements

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or FH
• Professional experience in orthopaedics, cardiology, or rehabilitation is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience as well as knowledge in leadership or management desired
• Organisational skills, solution-oriented thinking, and high initiative
• Strong communication skills and confident handling of digital work tools
