Head of the BFH-HAFL Directorate Staff (80%)

About the job

• Support the director in a variety of tasks (e.g. preparatory tasks for meetings, scientific preparation of dossiers, etc.)
• Personnel and professional leadership of the directorate team
• Establish and manage the BFH-HAFL advisory board: contact with advisory board members, content and organisational planning of meetings
• Contribute to the creation or revision of documents, concepts and processes
• Support the creation of data analyses, statistics, reports and data bases for upcoming decisions

• University degree with several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a higher education environment
• Excellent communication skills in German, English and French
• High resilience, strong organisational skills and a networked way of thinking
• High personal responsibility with a very independent and proactive working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Strong affinity for topics in the fields of agricultural, forestry, environmental and food sciences
