At the Meiringen Private Clinic, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the current medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.
The Meiringen Private Clinic, as a member of the "Swiss Leading Hospitals," is one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.
At the PZJE, we treat young adults aged 18 to 25 with disorders from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The center includes 30 inpatient treatment places. Treatment is based on the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic, and nursing knowledge.
For our staff pool, we are looking for flexible qualified nurses who are interested in working in different shifts at the PZJE. Shift planning is done by mutual agreement.
Your tasks
- You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker activities.
- You are committed to high-quality nursing care in the sense of best practice.
- You actively participate in shaping the treatment process in interprofessional collaboration.
- You take part in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.
- You contribute to improving quality and process workflows.
- You guide and supervise students/trainees in everyday nursing.
