<p>At the Meiringen Private Clinic, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the current medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.</p><p>The Meiringen Private Clinic, as a member of the «Swiss Leading Hospitals», is one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.</p><p>At the PZJE, we treat young adults aged 16 to 25 with illnesses from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The centre comprises 30 inpatient treatment places. Treatment is carried out according to the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic, and nursing knowledge.</p><p></p>For our staff pool, we are looking for flexible qualified nurses who are interested in working in the PZJE in various shifts. The duty roster is arranged by mutual agreement.
Your tasks
<ul><li>You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker duties.</li><li>You are committed to high-quality nursing in the sense of best practice.</li><li>You actively shape the treatment process in interprofessional collaboration.</li><li>You participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.</li><li>You contribute to improving quality and process workflows.</li><li>You support and guide students/trainees in everyday nursing practice.</li></ul>
