HVAC Maintenance Technician (a) 100% - 2x8 shift teams- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (ventilation monoblocks, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary and other HVAC installations) during shift work (2x8)
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations
- Management of subcontracted work
- Compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations in all tasks
- Work in a controlled environment, adjusting temperature, humidity and overpressure
- Keep operational files, intervention reports, operational reports up to date
- Participation in improvement projects
- Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in French, English is a plus
- Very good experience in administrative and technical management of small sites
- Very good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Good stress resistance and flexibility
