Team Leader in Industrial Infrastructure Assembly - Power Rails

Mission
As a Team Leader, you carry out and oversee the work related to industrial infrastructures, notably power rails. You operationally lead your team on site to ensure an efficient, high-quality and safe execution of the tasks assigned to you.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively participate in laying and installation work: low voltage power rails, wiring, cable trays, connections and electrical equipment.
- Supervise, motivate and allocate tasks within your team according to site priorities.
- Adapt execution to site constraints and ensure the availability, condition and proper use of equipment.
- Check the conformity of the work, optimise material use and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Strictly enforce safety rules, verify the use of PPE and stop work in case of imminent danger.
- Carry out measurements, report information to the site manager / works supervisor and contribute to the administrative follow-up of the site.
- Train, support and evaluate employees, while ensuring quality, deadlines and best practices.
Profile
- Training in the field of electricity or building technology (electrician, locksmith, heating engineer, etc.).
- Solid field experience (5 years) in high current and/or industrial infrastructures (power rails, LV/MV).
- Proven ability to lead a small team, convey instructions and maintain cohesion.
- Excellent technical skills, rigour, organisational sense and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
- Exemplary attitude: care of equipment, respect for internal directives, safety and company values.
- Dynamic, autonomous, constructive and solution-oriented person.
- Driving licence.
