RadioFr. is looking for a dynamic person with excellent interpersonal and reception skills to join our team.

Your tasks:

- Plan and organise events (festivals, fairs, trade shows…) in line with RadioFr.'s objectives.

- Ensure presence and reception at events, while promoting our brands.

- Manage partnerships and lead internal and external projects.

- Coordinate actions between the station, the sales team, the technical service and other stakeholders.

- Supervise event logistics: registrations, signage, communication, speakers, setup and dismantling.

- Develop and implement strategies to promote our events and ensure their visibility.

- Manage merchandising and visual merchandising.

- Organise MEDIAparc visits and manage the premises.

Your profile:

- Completed basic training, interest in marketing, project management or strong motivation to invest in learning.

- Knowledge of social networks and ability to use them for professional purposes.

- Versatile, handy and willing.

- Comfortable with administrative tasks and IT tools.

- Naturally positive with communicative energy.

- Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (or vice versa).

- Autonomous, organised, with good stress management.

- Flexible, ready to work evenings and weekends (possibility to recover overtime independently).

- Holder of a driving licence (category B).

Your challenge:

As an Event and Promotion Officer, you will be at the forefront representing RadioFr. and Frapp on the Fribourg events scene. Whether for cultural, sporting or community events, you will actively contribute to strengthening our presence and image. Alongside the marketing manager, you will co-create the event strategy that will make RadioFr. shine.
