Apprenticeship Food Technologist EFZ (m/f/d) 2027
- You will receive raw materials and additives (flavours, vitamins, etc.), store them and process them according to specified recipes into ready-to-eat foods or intermediate products
- You will continuously monitor our computer-controlled production and packaging systems together with your team
- You will clean the systems according to instructions and ensure that hygiene and safety regulations are always observed
- You will continuously check the products for their quality, take samples and evaluate them
- You will work in shifts, your working hours are from 5 am to 2 pm or from 2 pm to 10 pm
- You have completed secondary school or achieved very good results in middle school and in the 10th school year, especially in mathematics and German
- Of course, you enjoy working with food, modern production facilities and packaging machines
- To ensure smooth processing of the products, you bring technical understanding and manual skills
- To competently check our products for their quality, you have a good sense of smell and taste as well as good powers of observation
- Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work) is required to ensure a smooth production process
- You have a reliable and careful working style as well as good health
