What to expect

• Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries, customer orders and complaints
• Constantly checking the diverse building facilities, recording defects and irregularities
• Reliable and timely reporting of improvement and repair needs to the responsible departments
• Ensuring smooth service through close cooperation with building technology, cleaning and mandate management
• Ordering consumables and general equipment as well as general administrative tasks
• Creating small projects
• Supporting the cleaning team in leadership, absence management, orders, safety training
• Interface between the facility team and the event / customer zones team
• Representing the Facility Services Manager

What you bring

• Completed training in hospitality, housekeeping or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the service sector with a clear reference to facility management/workplace management
• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident PC skills and enjoyment in using various specialised internal tools
• High customer orientation and a strong quality standard
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
