Your Tasks
- You share responsibility for a mixed-age children’s group as well as the planning and implementation of the daily daycare routine in consultation with the group leader and the other core group
- Create a development-promoting atmosphere in which children and staff feel safe, comfortable, and can flourish based on the dual education concept elmar
- Actively organise outdoor experiences; we spend a lot of time outside in all weather
- Record children’s portfolios and write progress review discussions
- Competent and transparent collaboration with parents
- Participation in and organisation of meetings and events
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified childcare specialist EFZ
- Flexibility, independence, initiative, commitment, and resilience
- Self-reflection and motivation to continue developing
- A pleasant and constructive team atmosphere is important to you and you enjoy working across groups
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Good command of German and good PC skills
- Motivation and interest in further development
