IT Supporter 60%The Kantonsschule Büelrain Winterthur (www.kbw.ch) is a short secondary school with the profiles "Business and Law" as well as "Philosophy, Education and Psychology". In addition to the secondary school, we run a commercial and an IT middle school. Would you like to work in a lively school environment with around 850 young people and are interested in IT and digitalisation in the education sector? Then you are exactly right at the Kantonsschule Büelrain Winterthur.
To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an IT supporter 60% from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Point of contact for pupils, teachers and administration for technical questions and problems
- 1st level support around Windows, BYOD and Microsoft 365
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Creating and updating instructions and documentation
- Management of badges for the electronic locking system
- Support with printers, copiers as well as IT and AV infrastructure
- Preparation and setup of devices
Your profile
You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ, IT specialist EFZ or media technician EFZ or have comparable practical experience. We require professional experience in IT support as well as sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365. You enjoy working with people, explain technical topics clearly and approach problems independently and solution-oriented. In dealing with pupils, teachers and administration, you are characterised by a strong service mentality, patience and a friendly manner. In addition, you have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
