Maintenance Specialist 60 - 70 %
The Maintenance Debt Collection and Advance Payment Office (AIK) works on behalf of all resident and citizen municipalities as well as the Canton of Zug and is part of eff-zett the specialist centre of the Zug Women’s Centre . You will join a team of nine that shares knowledge, supports each other, and develops solutions together. We work professionally, straightforwardly, and appreciatively.
Your tasks
- Independently managing client files
- Collecting maintenance payments for children and spouses
- Representing entitled persons in the debt collection process
- Checking eligibility for advance payments
- Ensuring correct payment transactions and billing to the municipalities
Your profile
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience
- CAS in Maintenance Assistance or willingness to complete it
- Experience in debt collection or a comparable demanding administrative role
- Analytical thinking, flair for numbers, and a structured and careful working style
- Integrity, appreciation, and enjoyment of teamwork
