HVAC Site Manager General Contractor

• Actively participate in the realisation of heating, ventilation and air treatment installation projects, occasionally during the acquisition and study phases and mainly during the execution phase of the works
• Plan, coordinate, organise and monitor the progress of heating and ventilation sites, ensuring the management of subcontractor teams for assembly and commissioning as well as specialised contractors
• Coordinate the various project stakeholders (clients, site management, technical offices, suppliers and subcontractors)
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental protection regulations, as well as the application of the company’s quality procedures
• Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments regarding deadlines, costs, quality and technical performance of the installations
• Manage the financial aspects of the sites, including monitoring budgets, working hours, additional work and invoicing
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring technical and financial follow-up of their services
• Prepare bids, analyse tenders, negotiate with suppliers and participate in the preparation of technical files
• Research and propose technical solutions as well as execution variants aimed at optimising costs, deadlines, quality and energy performance of the installations
• Organise testing, adjustments, commissioning of installations and handover of works to the client
• Ensure follow-up of reservations, acceptance of works and preparation of revision and maintenance files

• Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in managing heating and/or ventilation sites
• Experience in managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and various trades
• Basic training and skills in HVAC (concept and minimal sizing notions)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients, contractors and colleagues
