Support of the general agent and field staff in all administrative and organizational matters
Receiving customer calls and welcoming customers in the general agency
Appointment scheduling for pension advisors (inbound)
Preparation of offers, customer documents, statistics, and evaluations
Support in sales promotion measures including management of promotional items
Recording and maintenance of data in various Swiss Life applications
Assistance and organization of customer events and marketing campaigns
Building and maintaining the social media presence of the general agency

Your strengths

Completed commercial basic training
Several years of professional experience in insurance or customer service
Very good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Affinity for social media
Numerical and organizational flair
