In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Wohnheime im Seefeld offer living and residential space for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities at various locations.
For the locations Mainaustrasse and Hornbach, we are looking for a 1 September
2026 fixed-term until 31 July 2027 a
Day Centre Specialist "Atelier"

Tasks:
- Accompany and support our clients in the diverse day centre offerings
- Create with various materials such as wood, textiles, colours
- Conduct individual activation offers
- Supervise lunch as well as light nursing duties
- Conduct individual movement and body therapy offers
- Implement and evaluate development plans
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Profile:
- Completed training as a care specialist, activation or similar
- Several years of experience working with people with disabilities
- Craft/musical skills
- Experience in the field of basal stimulation
- Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
- Independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, humour and enjoyment of your work
