Overview
We are an innovative construction company in the canton of Zurich, with around 60 dedicated employees serving public and private clients in the Zurich Oberland. To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a skilled individual as an estimator who brings new projects on a successful course with passion and precision.
Your tasks:
- Project estimation: Preparing cost plans and profitability calculations for demanding civil and structural engineering projects
- Offer preparation: Developing individual offers as well as customer consulting and project acquisition
- Analysis & optimization: Identifying savings potentials and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our estimation processes
- Cooperation: Close collaboration with project managers, foremen, and other departments
- Digitalization: Active use of modern software solutions and digital tools for efficient data processing and reporting
- Leadership tasks: Promoting the further development of employees and shaping a cooperative and innovative corporate culture
Your profile:
- Experience & expertise: Several years of professional experience in estimation in civil and structural engineering
- Technical know-how: Solid knowledge in handling estimation software and MS Office, affinity for digital working methods
- Negotiation skills: Confident appearance and strong closing skills in offer and contract negotiations
- Cooperation: Close collaboration with project managers, foremen, and other departments
