Tasks

• You plan, implement and evaluate various individually tailored integration measures as well as vocational measures (vocational assessment, preparatory measures) both in the craft-technical and office sectors
• You take case responsibility for a group of clients who are reorienting their careers for health reasons (somatic and/or psychological) and are interested in a new activity
• In interdisciplinary collaboration, you work with internal specialists on site, including career and vocational counselling, job coaching and job placement
• If necessary, you have contact with external specialists, such as guardianships or psychological or psychiatric support
• You develop integration plans together with the clients, the referring agencies (Suva and disability insurance) and the employers
• Support in job acquisition is carried out in cooperation with the internal job placement service
• You independently write detailed reports in German
• If interested and suitable, you also participate in projects

Profile

• You have completed basic training, preferably in the craft-technical or alternatively in the office sector, and have several years of professional experience in a technical industry
• Further training in the fields of work pedagogy, job coaching, social insurance law, social pedagogy, social work, adult education or case management complements your profile
• You have several years of experience in supporting people with health impairments (somatic and/or psychological) in the field of labour market integration
• Craft-technical professional experience is an advantage
• You work independently, in a structured and team-oriented manner and bring a high level of resilience and flexibility
• Strong social skills and a respectful approach to people of different backgrounds are a matter of course for you
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; good Italian skills are a plus
• You are confident in using MS Office and digital work tools

At the Vocational Integration Competence Centre (KbE), we support people after accidents or illness on their way back to working life. Together with our clients, we develop sustainable vocational perspectives and work closely with social insurance, employers and other specialists.
