Tasks
- Oversee timely and accurate billing for outpatient services provided.
- Manage complete billing for inpatient and outpatient patient services.
- Handle collections and reminders for outpatient patient debtors.
Skills
- Completed commercial or medical training and/or trade diploma.
- Proficient in IT applications (Opale, KISIM, MS Office).
- Fluent in German, with strong social competence and discretion.

About the job
Your tasks include
- Responsibility for the correct and timely billing of all outpatient/semi-inpatient services provided from the core business (services to/for patients) for APP/KJP
- Responsibility for the complete invoicing of services provided to/for patients, both inpatient and outpatient
- Responsibility for the collection and dunning of patient debtors at outpatient locations
- Support and processing of rejections from health insurance companies (APP/KJP)
- Support in the control and analysis of service recording
You bring with you
- Completed commercial or medical basic training and/or commercial diploma
- Advanced IT user skills (Opale, KISIM, MS Office)
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Competent personality with pronounced social skills and discretion
- Experience in healthcare (advantageous)
- Foreign language skills (E/FR/IT or others, advantageous)
