The Humanushaus, as a member of the worldwide Camphill movement based on anthroposophy, offers a contemporary home to over 90 people in need of support. In various workshops, the residents engage in meaningful work. A rich social and cultural life promotes individual development.

Our carpentry workshop offers jobs in a diverse range of tasks for people in need of support. The socio-pedagogical support of the people requiring assistance is highly process- and team-oriented and demands a high degree of personal responsibility from the employees.

To complement our team, we are looking for someone from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement:

Carpenter EFZ 60% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:
- Development and production of attractive, market-oriented quality products
- Competent assistance in the daily work of people in need of support
- Ensuring responsibilities as a key contact person for the people being supported
- Support in the training of apprentices

What you bring:
- A completed apprenticeship as a Carpenter EFZ
- Training/continuing education in the field of work pedagogy
- Experience in supporting people in need of assistance
- A high degree of personal responsibility
- You enjoy working in a team
