Head of International Relations Office

In this role, you lead the International Relations Office and are responsible for the professional, personnel, and strategic development of the newly established department. You shape the international orientation of FH Graubünden and implement the internationalization strategy in close collaboration with the Vice-Rector and your team. You establish the new International Department at the university, take on budget responsibility, and coordinate the Erasmus+ program institutionally. Additionally, you represent FH Graubünden in international networks. You maintain existing cooperations, manage partnership agreements, and oversee ongoing international activities. At the same time, you build new, sustainable partnerships worldwide, strengthen the international visibility of FH Graubünden, and promote the exchange of knowledge and ideas. Furthermore, you coordinate and support student and staff mobility and are responsible for the internationalization of teaching, especially in short-term mobility and incoming offers.

Your profile

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, International Management, Business Administration, or Communication Sciences)
• Several years of professional experience in the international and Swiss higher education environment, preferably in an International Office
• Leadership and project management experience as well as experience in implementing

internationalization strategies and international cooperations

• Communicative and networked personality with high intercultural competence and enthusiasm for international exchange as well as willingness to travel
• Very good German and English skills at level C2, additional language skills are an advantage
