At the Wägelwiesen Retirement and Care Centre in Wallisellen/ZH, we offer a home to 118 elderly people requiring light to intensive care. Long-term care, a secure dementia ward, a residential group, 28 retirement apartments, as well as a day and night centre complement our services. We are looking for a motivated and cheerful individual by arrangement as
Health Specialist EFZ 80-100% in early and late shifts
30 minutes paid break per day. 20 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon
Weekend allowances are also paid on Saturdays
Pension fund with an above-average employer contribution of 60%
The varied working day
- Together with your colleagues, you care for up to 28 residents in your department and ensure comprehensive and individual care and support
- In the role of day responsibility, you ensure a structured and resident-oriented daily routine with the well-coordinated team, act as a contact person for relatives and other professional groups, and communicate with the family doctors
- Thanks to your good overview, you recognise changes in condition and emergency situations, provide reassurance, and initiate appropriate measures
- Administrative tasks such as maintaining care documentation, evaluating care measures, and completing assessments come easily to you

- You have successfully completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You see yourself as part of a team and gladly take on responsibility
- Your daily work is characterised by your loving and competent interaction with our residents, who are at the centre of your thoughts and actions
