Versatile Finishing Operator (M/F)
Your mission:
Do you enjoy manual work and have an eye for detail? We are looking for versatile operators to carry out manual finishing operations on steel components.
Your tasks
· Carry out manual finishing operations on steel components.
· Apply manufacturing instructions and procedures.
· Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks according to defined quality criteria.
· Ensure IT tracking of production and quality controls.
· Guarantee the conformity of produced parts.
· Shift work 2x8 - teams
Your profile:
Essential prerequisites
· Basic training in polishing or mastery of the trade acquired through experience.
· Previous experience in manual finishing or in an industrial environment is an asset.
Your professional skills
· Good dexterity and excellent visual acuity.
· Rigorous, meticulous and organised.
· Ability to work precisely on small components.
· Sensitivity to aesthetic and quality requirements.
· Ease with IT tools for production tracking.
