Project Manager: Customer Integration & Implementation (m|f|d) 80 - 100 %
Are you looking for a challenging position where you can apply your strong project management skills? Then you are exactly right with us! As Project Manager Customer Integration & Digitalisation, you shape the interface between customer, planning and execution – and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our individual Facility Services solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Sales | Support of regional managers in sales activities, preparation of calculations and management of the CRM application
- AVOR | Coordination and monitoring of the preparation of project starts, development of customer-specific solutions and concepts to optimise facility services, preparation of work and deployment plans
- Implementation | Support of the operational management team in the introduction of digital solutions
- Digitalisation | Identification and evaluation of digital solutions and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of facility services as well as active participation in digitalisation projects
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Education & Professional Experience | Commercial or technical basic training with several years of professional experience in project management (experience in cleaning or facility management is an advantage)
- Working Method & Precision | You are an organised individual, work largely independently, can professionally guide other employees, argue convincingly and enjoy engaging in demanding discussions with internal and external contacts in different work environments
- Process Optimisation | You have a strong interest in digitalisation
- Independence & Communication Skills | Reliability and enjoyment of independent and flexible work characterise you. Willingness to travel, as projects may be carried out at different locations
- Teamwork & Personal Attributes | You enjoy working in a team, are resilient and are characterised by a service-oriented as well as entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
