Polymechanic – CNC Production in 2-Shift Operation

Tasks

Program and set up automated CNC lathes
Manufacture fixtures and aids in milling and turning areas
Visually and dimensionally inspect workpieces
Analyse and continuously improve manufacturing processes
Maintain CNC systems, measuring instruments, and fixtures

Requirements

Apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
Experience in mechanical production
Experience in setting up and converting twin-spindle lathes with automation handling
Knowledge of programming with Fanuc control
Good German language skills
