Together with our client, an established fiduciary company in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Mandate Manager in Fiduciary 80-100%. Your tasks with the new employer

• In this role, you independently manage mandates in financial accounting and take on tasks in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll administration for various client groups
• Your responsibilities include preparing VAT returns as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR
• You also support clients in preparing asset statements, maintain securities accounting, and provide advisory support on tax matters
• Regular communication with clients, authorities, and internal contacts is also part of your daily work, ensuring professional and service-oriented support

You offer your new employer

• You can demonstrate a completed commercial basic education combined with further training in fiduciary or financial services, for example the Swiss Federal Certificate
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in fiduciary services and possess sound knowledge in preparing financial statements
