We are looking for a committed, reliable and service-oriented individual as Technical Service Employee (100%).
Tasks
- Ensuring ongoing building maintenance and technical infrastructure
- Carrying out maintenance, upkeep and minor repair work
- Rectifying technical faults and defects
- Care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities
- Accompanying and coordinating external craftsmen and service providers
- Monitoring and controlling technical systems
- Assisting with the implementation of safety, hygiene and fire protection regulations
- Winter service and other seasonal work
- General all-rounder tasks throughout the operation
Requirements
- Completed training as a Specialist in Operational Maintenance EFZ (Housekeeping specialisation) or a comparable basic craft training
- Several years of professional experience in technical service, building maintenance or a similar role advantageous
- Broad craft and technical understanding
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Practical all-rounder mentality and enjoyment of varied tasks
- High service orientation and friendly interaction with residents, relatives and colleagues
- Physically resilient as well as flexible and ready for deployment
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B advantageous
