Employee Telesales 100% (m/f/d)

Main tasks/responsibilities:
Outbound:

• Conducting outbound campaigns for our existing customers
• Preparing telephone calls (campaigns, promotions, the right script)
• Follow-up campaigns
• Making additional sales (cross selling)
• Actively informing and convincing customers of our products
• Recording customer orders
• Recording and updating customer data
• Handling customer inquiries and orders

 Inbound:

• Receiving and recording orders
• Making additional sales (cross selling)
• Daily processing of incoming orders
• Daily updating of all incoming customer data mutations in the ERP
• Administrative tasks

Backup responsibilities:

• Recording customer interactions and maintaining master data
• Processing open web shop orders
• Creating goodwill and product reshipments as well as processing credit notes
• Receiving and processing all customer and customer advisor concerns, by phone and in writing (D/F/I)

Requirements profile:

• Completed vocational training in sales or comparable education
  
• Professional experience in the call center sector
• Solid knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as experience with ERP systems
• Languages: Native German in spoken and written form (confident expression), Swiss German as well as business fluent in French. Good understanding of Italian.
• Service- and customer-oriented, responsible, positive, team-capable and resilient personality
• Enjoyment of telephone sales and consulting
• Clear communication and expression
• Quality-conscious, reliable and efficient working style
