The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique comprehensive care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Your tasks

You plan your work freely and independently between Monday and Friday

You take responsibility for the further development of the RAI levels, ensuring that care always meets the highest standards

You enthusiastically plan and lead internal training sessions that not only convey knowledge but ignite genuine enthusiasm

Together with care experts, you further develop the care documentation – practical, future-oriented, and with a clear focus on the needs of employees and residents

The 3B principle: You inspire, accompany, and empower our teams, thus making a significant contribution to continuously optimizing care processes

Your profile

RAI expert out of passion: You have successfully completed training as a RAI expert in long-term care and possess solid expertise

Bridge builder through and through: You understand how to connect the worlds of care and business administration without losing sight of the human focus

Networked thinking: You are committed to accurately and fairly representing care needs – with foresight that also considers the future of care

Self-responsibility meets team spirit: You work independently and responsibly but also enjoy motivating others and sharing your knowledge

Communication at eye level: You are confident and skilled in communicating in German – both orally and in writing
